Girl’s Art Therapy and Processing Group
For Adolescent Girls
(including trans/non-binary female identifying)
11-14 Years Old
Led by Aubrey Jones, LPC
Starting November 3, 2025 for 8 weeks
Using art therapy, this group will help girls to:
Explore and improve social challenges and how to handle different relationships
Learn tools for emotional regulation and self-reflection
Learn about body image
Practice body acceptance and neutrality, and reduce body shame and distress
Learn important coping skills to handle life’s challenges, like DBT and ACT skills
