About Erin

I have experience working with clients impacted eating disorders, anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, career stress, and general mental health concerns. I am LGBTQIA+ allied, neurodivergence affirming, and HAES aligned. I enjoy working with children of immigrants and third culture kids.

I received my Masters of Social Work from the University of Houston where I received an education strongly rooted in social justice and anti-racist, anti-oppressive practices. I aim to create a safe, welcoming, accepting space where clients feel free to be themselves. I take a strengths-based approach and respect the individuality of each client as we work together to define therapy goals.

Prior to receiving my master's degree in clinical social work, I spent over a decade working in a corporate niche of the music industry. I have a Masters of Music degree from King's College London and I enjoy singing semi-professionally with local Austin choirs. When I'm not working or singing, you can usually find me binge watching a TV show or cuddling my cats.
