About Megan
I graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Education and I have been working as an elementary school teacher the last 6 years. I am currently getting my master’s degree in counseling from Saint Edwards University. In my free time, I love to craft, read, spend time outside, and play with my two dogs.
I am committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and respectful space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. I believe healing begins by meeting you where you are and honoring your unique experiences, strengths, and goals.
My approach to counseling is grounded in humanistic, person-centered, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) principles, allowing me to tailor therapy to your individual needs while fostering a collaborative and trusting therapeutic relationship. Together, we can build practical skills, deepen self-understanding, and navigate life's challenges in a way that supports meaningful, lasting growth. It is a privilege to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing, resilience, and living a more authentic and fulfilling life.
