Case Consultation for Eating Disorders

The ACED clinicians offer one-off and ongoing case consultation for therapists and dietitians.

We love to support non-specialized clinicians learn, implement, and integrate best practices for eating disorder treatment.

You can schedule a case consultation with one of our specialists, who can provide:

  • Strategies, skills, and tools to address and treat the full range of eating disorders

  • Learn about ED behaviors and how to help: restriction, purging, bingeing, compulsive exercise, body shame, dysmorphia, the restrict/binge cycle, and the binge/purge cycle.

  • Help you assess and properly diagnose an eating disorder or body dysmorphia

  • Provide referrals for medical and psychiatric support

  • The fee for this consultation is the session rate of the clinician. Sliding scale options may be available by request and need.
